well, first off, nyp's orientation was juz over last wk frm wed till fri..it was great yea..i had some doubts bout going at first but i went for it anyway..it wasn't so bad after all..really...
i had even planned not to go for the 2nd & 3rd day but i went anyway.. our OGLs were fun & cool =p though the games they made us play were kinda lame..i still had fun..we had maths lecture on the 2nd day -.-" the third day was the best coz there was a kinda concert put up by the seniors & everything..a mascot comp between classes..yea, so overall it was a great orientation & i'm glad i went for it coz if not, i wld regret not going for it..oh & i wld like to thank our OGLs for helping us along the way...
hmm..so in the late april i got a job as a cashier at the robinsons expo sale..i had the time of my life working there..it was a great experience for me & i truly cherish the memories i had there...
me & haslinda were at the same counter though we weren't partners.. nevertheless, my partner was fun to hang arnd with..haslinda's partner looked kinda the quiet type but he turned out to be not wad we expected..we became crazy & had lots of fun from the second day onwards..haslinda's partner, ju-on, as we call him, got bullied by us everyday =p not that we're bad or anything, juz that we needed something to do to pass time when there's no customers arnd..& he didn't seem to have minded anyway...
& then there were the logistics..one of them turned out to be haslinda's colleague last time..yea they're cool..i think they had it easy coz i always see them slacking arnd behind..& i have always envied the tag that they have..dun ask me why, i juz sorta like them.. my partner was crazy bout the tag too..yea, folded the shopping bags to pass time too..kinda addicted to it...
it was great working at the expo though it was only for eight days..wish it had lasted longer..after the expo event, i worked at the robinsons at centrepoint...
working has changed part of my life..met someone i really liked & since then my life took a different path..not too long ago, i relized that the path i was taking was leading me to nowhere..it had all been some naive thinking of mine..but then again, i learnt to face up to the truth instead of avoiding it..i discovered truths that left me feeling dejected & rejected..it left me having mixed feelings..but somehow i have to accept it..coz all these are part & parcels of life...
if i could turn back time, i would..i would do wad i should have done & say wad i shld have said..but then again, it's fated to be like this...
well, so much for my first entry after all these months..my entry sucks, i know..but hey, this is my blog..i'll write wadever i want..so i'll be going now..see ya arnd!! =p
